Breathwork with „ deeper, faster breathing “ has been practiced for thousend’s of years, with the most recent types of breathwork and their many names, by millions of people. In ancient societies Breath was used as one of the principal tools for healing and self-realisation. That means that breath-work, which may be better thought of as BREATH-SURRENDER, can release tension and blockages that in your everyday awareness may have gone unnoticed. By making the subconscious conscious, we are able to clear out what no longer serves us and make space for what does.

Cacao Medicine Training & traditional dieta

Cacao Medicine is a strong and, at the same time, gentle psychoactive plant medicine. Mama Cacao can open doors for us to step through, if we are ready.
This is for you if you want to learn how to communicate and sit with the sacred Cacao plant. Or if you want to deepen your relationship with the earthy, creamy starseed, which opens the doors to your intuition and the wisdom of your heart. This training will be combined with a traditional “dieta”, a two to three week “marriage” with the plant, like it is held in the Amazon region.
